Role Overview

The Listing Specialist - Secondary Market will play a key role in expanding and managing the company's resale property portfolio. This position focuses on sourcing high-quality listings, building long term relationships with property owners, and ensuring each listing is accurately positioned, compliant, and market-ready to achieve optimal sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, secure, and manage residential secondary market listings through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords, with a focus on securing exclusive listings
  • Ensure all listings are Madhmoun verified
  • Maintain a structured database of current and prospective sellers
  • Conduct property inspections, collect accurate information, and coordinate professional photography and videography
  • Prepare compelling property descriptions and collaborate with portal managers for listing publication
  • Ensure all listings meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct market research and competitive pricing analysis to advise sellers effectively
  • Monitor market trends and adjust listing strategies accordingly
  • Provide regular updates to sellers on market activity, buyer feedback, and listing performance
  • Coordinate viewings with buyers' agents and internal teams
  • Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi property laws and ADREC regulations
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience, preferably within Abu Dhabi's secondary market
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property regulations and resale processes
  • Proven negotiation, pricing analysis, and CRM management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Strong brand presence with a proven track record in Abu Dhabi's real estate market
