Litigation Associate Attorney

As a full-time Associate Attorney in our Chicago office, you’ll work closely with experienced litigators on an established and growing practice, gaining practical, hands-on experience while building the skills needed for long-term success. Role: Litigation Associate Attorney

Location: Chicago

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus consideration.

Minimum Billable Hours: 1800

• Associate attorneys are involved in all aspects of our practice, including pre-lawsuit investigation; case analysis; written discovery; depositions; motions and other court appearances; assisting in arbitration, mediations, and trials; analysis and litigation of insurance coverage matters; and legal research and writing on a wide variety of issues.

Attorney Qualifications:

• 1+ years of litigation experience is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
