Litigation Case Assistant

UB Greensfelder LLP has an opening for a full-time Case Assistant working with Litigation attorneys handling asbestos matters in the St. Louis office. This position will assist attorneys to help steer the delivery of legal services with the use of technical skills and manage workflow processes. We are looking for a professional that understands the importance of quality service and wants to join a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring asbestos filings and ongoing management of the electronic filings in firm Access database
• Coordinate deposition calendar across the team
• Typing, producing, editing, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence
• Overall assistance with asbestos processes and various other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

• 1+ years legal/law firm experience working in litigation, required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe, required
• Experience with Access is required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, proofreading, and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
