Core Responsibilities:

• Communicates with branches, RMs, relationship managers on any new processes, recurring issues, major discrepancies or missing information required from customers in order to close any loopholes for account related activities.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders such as IT, Compliance, Audit, and Risk for closure on activities under re-engineering initiatives throughout the SAB network of operations.
• Delivers on periodic reports, highlights anomalies/observations/developments on account opening and maintenance for corporate accounts for the bank to the senior management and other internal stakeholders such as IT/Audit/Compliance involved in account processing activities.
• Drives procedures and implements process changes related to account opening, account maintenance, KYC accounts, FAL, security, control, limit and loan in all operational aspects related to customer transactions in SAB in line with all regulations and compliance requirements to serve SABs customers banking needs and provide a smooth banking experience.
• Implements activities under Corporate Operations, for various businesses as per the regulatory requirements designed into the processes by SABs internal stakeholders in Compliance, Audit, Risk, IT, etc.
• Interacts with Relationship Managers to collate and provide tools on education and awareness on required documentation with an aim to minimize any deviations from the regulatory requirements.
• Undertakes measures for upload of customers correct data, signatures and other details as a prerequisite for continuity of customer transactions with SAB.
• Undertakes testing and provides statistical data for analysis and further enhancements on key operations.

Job Requirements:

• Around 5 years of experience in Loans and Limits operations.
• Bachelors degree in any related major.
