Logistic Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our supply chain operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, liaise with vendors and transporters, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Manage transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and, if applicable, customs regulations.
  • Handle import/export documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
