Logistic Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day Milk delivery operations across assigned routes.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution of products.
• Allocate delivery staff and vehicles as per daily route plans.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of milk and dairy products at the dispatch center and delivery points.
• Address delivery issues or delays and provide quick resolutions.
• Track delivery personnel performance and ensure adherence to company protocols.
• Conduct vehicle checks to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle usage, and staff attendance.
• Train new delivery staff on routes, handling procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Work closely with the logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed with proper verification and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in delivery/logistics supervision, preferably in FMCG or dairy industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Basic knowledge of delivery documentation and inventory tracking.
• Proficient in using basic technology (GPS tracking apps, Excel, etc.).
• Must be flexible with shift timings and ready to be on-call during emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
