Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouse, and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage customs clearance, shipping documentation, and compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and update records in the system.
• Support warehouse operations including order preparation, packing, and dispatching.
• Work closely with the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities.
• Track shipments, handle delays, and resolve logistics issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate reports and support management with logistics KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and import/export documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/Odoo is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
