Logistics Coordinator

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Job description:

Truck Tracking and Monitoring:

Maintain real-time tracking of trucks in transit.

Ensure accurate and timely updates on the location and status of shipments.

Timely Delivery Management:

Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.

Proactively address delays and resolve issues to meet deadlines.

Freight Team and Client Interaction:

Act as a coordinator between the freight team and clients.

Provide updates to clients regarding order status and delivery timelines.

Address and resolve any client inquiries or concerns.

Order Tracking and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of order statuses and delivery timelines.

Update tracking details in the system regularly and ensure accuracy.

Data Management:

Use Excel to organize, analyze, and report logistics data.

Create and maintain reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and other logistics metrics.
