WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

CGM AUTO FZE – Showroom 5, DUCAMZ, Ras Al Khor, Dubai

We are looking for a highly experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CGM Auto FZE, located in DUCAMZ Free Zone, Ras Al Khor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in the DUCAMZ auto market
• Expert in Dubai Customs processes and documentation
• Proficient with Mirsal 2 Dubai Trade Portal
• Deep knowledge of export & import procedures for vehicles
• Must be able to handle customs clearance, shipping coordination, and all related paperwork independently
• Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process customs documentation for import/export
• Use E-Mirsal 2 and Dubai Trade to submit declarations
• Coordinate with transporters, brokers, and Dubai Customs
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure compliance with DUCAMZ and UAE Free Zone regulations
• Must have UAE DRIVING LICENSE
