Primary responsibilities:
- Assisting the day-to-day activities related to shipping and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Invoicing team.
- Preparation and checking of shipping documents such as Bills of Lading drafts, invoices, shipping instructions etc. and daily tracking of all shipments for updates to different departments.
- Ensure that all goods and materials are properly inspected before delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Preparation of reports to be submitted to higher management.
- Ensure Bills of Lading are collected as per shipping instructions provided.
- Tracking of shipments Ensure Bills of Lading are collected as per shipping instructions provided.
- Tracking of shipments to be handled efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Adhere to the company’s rules, regulations, procedures and policies at all times.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Inventory counting, monitoring, and timely replenishment are part of the main roles and responsibilities.
- Handling B2B customers, front desk, and walk-in customers' orders.
- Able to draft and prepare any documentation required by the company. Attention to detail and multitasking.
- Be able to lift and move boxes as per inventory and shipping needs.
Job requirements:
- Skilled with MS office Products with hands on experience and other analytical tools
- Familiar with FedEx, DHL and UPS shipping portals
- Familiar with Ministry Of Foreign Affairs eDAS system
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping & logistics
- Proficient in English & Hindi language

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
