We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with strong international logistics experience to oversee and manage our global supply chain operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth movement of goods worldwide, timely deliveries, and effective communication with international vendors, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
Note: Only candidates with global logistics experience will be considered. Candidates with only local experience will not be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily international logistics operations, including shipping, receiving and transportation.
- Oversee import/export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, documentation accuracy and global trade requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse stock movements.
- Generate and maintain logistics reports, shipment trackers and inventory records for management.
- Ensure shipments comply with international trade laws, Incoterms and HS code requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction across the global supply chain.
- Communicate effectively with global vendors, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Manage reverse logistics for e-commerce orders and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in international logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Hands-on experience with UPS and DHL global shipping platforms (mandatory).
- Strong background in import/export operations, customs documentation, and international regulations.
- Experience working with 3PLs, courier services, and global freight forwarders.
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems, shipment tracking platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, international work environment.

- Experience with ERP systems and order management tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain workflows and last-mile delivery solutions.
- Knowledge of other international carriers and shipping platforms (FedEx, Aramex, UPS, DHL).
