Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to provide logistics, coordination, and administrative support for candidates and stakeholders. The role involves scheduling, travel arrangements, visa processing, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, booking travel, accommodation, and visas.
  • Provide meet & greet services and support candidates during their interview journey.
  • Track and log all interview-related information in appropriate systems.
  • Ensure timely communication of instructions and requirements to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties as required by the line manager.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, logistics, or administrative support roles.
  • Experience in handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate-facing logistics.
  • This is a 6-month contract based in Qatar.
