We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to provide logistics, coordination, and administrative support for candidates and stakeholders. The role involves scheduling, travel arrangements, visa processing, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the interview process.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, booking travel, accommodation, and visas.
- Provide meet & greet services and support candidates during their interview journey.
- Track and log all interview-related information in appropriate systems.
- Ensure timely communication of instructions and requirements to candidates and stakeholders.
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as required by the line manager.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, logistics, or administrative support roles.
- Experience in handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate-facing logistics.
- This is a 6-month contract based in Qatar.
