Logistics Coordinator

1. Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of goods, accurate documentation, and coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams. The role ensures smooth import/export activities, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Shipment & Transportation Coordination

• Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.

B. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COOs, etc.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Maintain updated logistics records and reports.

C. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving and dispatch.
• Verify stock quantities and report shortages or damages.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

D. Communication & Reporting

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate logistics data for reporting and audits.
• Provide weekly updates on shipment status and logistics performance.

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of shipping terms, customs regulations, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
