*Job Title: Logistics Coordinator*
*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting POs in the system, extracting inventory reports, and ensuring that stock material levels are aligned with minimum order requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Coordinating with store in charge for materials loading and delivery.
· PO receiving and entering in system.
· Handling cash customers.
· Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
· Answering customer queries over phone and email.
· Manage and monitor the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments.
· Update sales team regarding the delivery of materials and balance.
· Communicating with customers regarding the materials delivery.
· Prepare and provide reports as per sales team requirements.
· Arrange and submit the Delivery Notes to accounts.
· Arrange Delivery Note for export.
· Providing stock updates to the secretary & sales team.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
