Logistics Executive

Job Opening: Logistics Executive (Night Shift / Flexible Timing)

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team, who will handle the day-to-day operations related to challan entry, billing, submission, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily entry of challans, invoices, and billing in the system.
• Ensure timely submission of documents and reports.
• Maintain records and generate operational reports as required.
• Work on ERP systems and Excel for data entry and analysis.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth logistics flow.

Requirements:

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in logistics/transport operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
• Strong interest in building a career in logistics.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Flexible with working hours (including night shift).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
