Logistics Executive

The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating daily logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods. This role supports overall supply chain efficiency by monitoring inventory, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.
• Track and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, carriers, and customers to secure cost-effective services.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels within the warehouse.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods.
• Analyze logistics data and optimize supply chain processes for improved performance.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics and operational performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and safe handling of goods.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years proven experience as a Logistics Executive or in a similar logistics/supply chain role.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of logistics procedures, transportation regulations, and industry best practices.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
