Job Title: Export & Import Logistics Executive (Automotive)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export & Import Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end customs clearance, documentation, and logistics operations for automotive shipments. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE regulations while maintaining efficiency in vehicle movement across local, Free Zone, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import, export, re-export, transit, and temporary admission documentation.
• Handle Local ↔ Free Zone vehicle movements and ensure accurate processing.
• Prepare and submit Dubai Customs declarations via E-Mirsal II.
• Coordinate with government authorities including Dubai Customs, RTA, Dubai Chamber, and MOFA.
• Monitor document validity and proactively inform internal teams to avoid delays.
• Oversee shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping lines and courier services (Zajel).
• Manage customs duty payments, VAT settlements, insurance claims, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and compliance documentation.
• Guide drivers and operational staff on customs procedures and port requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily operational and financial reports to management.
• Support administrative and PRO-related activities when required.
• Assist in vehicle movement and transit operations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures and E-Mirsal II system.
• Familiarity with Free Zone operations and vehicle import/export regulations.
• Experience coordinating with government entities (RTA, MOFA, Chamber).
• Good understanding of VAT, duty structures, and insurance claims handling.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in automobile trading companies n Ducamz/Jafza.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset.
