Job Title: Logistics & Supply Chain- Head

Location: [Bandra West Mumbai]
Experience: 10+
Industry Preference: Automotive, FMCG, Engineering, Electronics, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute logistics strategies for timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
• Manage inbound/outbound transportation and coordinate with freight partners
• Oversee warehousing operations (RM, WIP, FG) ensuring safety and inventory accuracy
• Optimize routing, loading, and delivery schedules to reduce costs
• Track and improve logistics KPIs (OTIF, transit damage, freight cost/unit)
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales for logistics planning
• Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations (E-way bills, GST, permits)
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and TMS/WMS tools for tracking
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles
• Manage reverse logistics and customer returns

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong grasp of transportation, warehousing, and inventory systems
• Proficient in ERP and logistics software
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and statutory norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹118,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
