Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare and supervise accurate reports for upper management.
  • Perform market research to always have competitive ocean freight prices
  • Supervise the activities of the logistics team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services
  • Standards & Regulations
  • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the Export department on systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Health, Safety, & Environment
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls across the Export department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
  • Maintaining the financial health of the organization.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any Discipline from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in food industry (Fresh and Frozen food is preferred).
