Logistics Manager

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 5–8 years in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our end-to-end supply chain operations, including import/export activities, customs clearance, vendor management, and international shipping compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of freight forwarding, supply chain optimization, and documentation compliance, and a proven track record of successful logistics project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all import and export operations of the organization.
- Supervise dispatching, packaging, and export crating of finished goods for domestic and international shipments.
- Liaise with local transport vendors, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure on-time cargo movement.
- Review and manage logistics documentation (Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Certificate of Origin, etc.) in line with customs and international trade compliance.
- Ensure timely submission and communication of shipping documents to customers and banks.
- Visit customs offices, port authorities, and government agencies when necessary.
- Assist management in obtaining and maintaining DGFT-related licenses (EPCG, Advance License, DFIA, DEPB, etc.).
- Monitor and control logistics costs, transportation planning, and route optimization.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and risk mitigation.
- Drive continuous process improvement, digital documentation, and ERP-based logistics tracking.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in import/export procedures, international shipping regulations, and trade compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding, multimodal transport (Air/Sea/Road/Rail), and warehouse/distribution management.
- Proficiency in logistics documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, MS Dynamics preferred).
- Proven track record of logistics project management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle customs clearance, regulatory processes, and trade finance documentation (LCs, Bank Guarantees).

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
