Job Title: Logistics Executive / Logistics Manager Department: Supply Chain / Logistics Reporting To: Head of Logistics

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics professional to oversee end-to-end export-import operations, customs clearance, invoicing, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of logistics processes, export-import compliance, and hands-on experience in preparing invoices, packing lists, and coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA).

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

o

B.Com (mandatory)

o

Diploma in Export-Import (EXIM) or Supply Chain Management

Experience:

o

5–6 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Export-Import operations

o

Prior experience in managing customs clearance, CHA coordination, and DGFT/ICEGATE documentation preferred

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of customs regulations, ports, DGFT, ICEGATE, and export-import documentation

Proficiency in preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and export-related documentation

Excellent negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and export documentation

Manage duty drawback procedures and ensure compliance with EXIM regulations

Oversee DGFT, ICEGATE, CHA coordination, RoDTEP, and other statutory documentation

Logistics Operations:

Supervise receiving, packaging, and dispatch activities for timely and safe shipments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow

Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and government authorities

Vendor & CHA Coordination:

Maintain strong professional relationships with Custom House Agents (CHA) and relevant authorities

Negotiate service levels and ensure cost efficiency across logistics operations

Reporting & Control:

Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and timelines

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Drive continuous improvement for on-time delivery and cost optimization

Preferred Background:

Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, or Manufacturing sector is an advantage

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
