Logistics Officer

Life World Medical Supplies is looking for a Logistics Officer.

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily transportation, delivery schedules, and distribution activities
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments
• Prepare and maintain delivery records, logistics reports, and other related documentation
• Ensure efficient inventory movement and accurate stock transfers
• Monitor transportation performance and resolve delivery issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes and logistics operations
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support inventory reconciliation
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and order status
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes
• Experience in the medical supplies or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
