Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Analyst to support our global operations and marketing efforts. This role combines data analysis, operational oversight, and marketing coordination, ideal for someone passionate about logistics and retail/e-commerce. Whether you’re fresh out of college or have prior experience, you’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects across multiple time zones and geographies.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the following:

Data Analysis & Logistics Coordination:
Analyze complex datasets using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms to extract actionable insights.
Monitor shipment on-time delivery performance, investigate delays, and propose solutions.
Collaborate with global teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, requiring flexibility to work across time zones.
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus; Spanish or Japanese would be additional assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and departments.
Marketing & Project Support:
Assist in coordinating trade shows and events, particularly in the retail and e-commerce domains.
Design professional and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
Support project management tasks to ensure seamless execution of marketing and operational goals.
Routine Operational Tasks:
Perform weekly recurring tasks with precision and consistency.
Adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining operational efficiency.
Team Dynamics & Personality:
Exhibit an extroverted, collaborative approach to teamwork and communication.
Balance social interaction with the ability to handle routine and data-driven tasks.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese) are a plus.
Some experience in logistics, marketing, or e-commerce roles preferred.
Experience with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shopify) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing trends.
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
