Job Type: Full-time US time : 9:00am to 5 pm . PK time : 7pm to 2pm

Salary Budget : 550 - 600 USD (monthly)

Role Summary

The Logistics Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all DTC orders while providing strategic insights to drive operational efficiency. This role owns data validation, reporting, and dashboard creation for logistics KPIs, enabling leadership and cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. By monitoring 3PL performance, tracking integrations, and identifying process improvements, this role ensures smooth operations, enhanced visibility, and optimal customer experiences.


What You’ll Do

Own daily, weekly, and monthly data audits, report generation, and KPI tracking for all DTC logistics operations
  • Analyze logistics data trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, carrier performance issues, and process improvements
  • Audit and correct tracking data, manage dashboards, and serve as the main point of contact for escalated tracking issues
  • Monitor 3PL/fulfillment partners and carrier integrations to ensure data accuracy and adherence to SLAs
  • Build, maintain, and automate key reports including Shipping Cost per Order, On-Time Delivery Rate, Carrier Performance, Lost/Damaged Package Rate, and Tracking Sync Accuracy
  • Proactively resolve tracking issues to prevent customer service escalations
  • Collaborate with Customer Service for rapid resolution of delivery exceptions and escalations
  • Document and refine processes for data handling, reporting, and cross-team communication
  • Provide Finance with accurate shipping cost data and assist with reconciliation

  • Experienced in DTC or omnichannel logistics, carrier management platforms, and data analysis
  • Excellent communicator, bridging warehouse partners, customer service, and leadership


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in logistics data analysis, order tracking, or ecommerce operations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Experience with ERPs, 3PL/WMS systems, and major carrier portals
  • Knowledge of DTC/omnichannel operations and ecommerce platforms

  • 3PL / WMS / Carrier Portals: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Partner portals
  • Ecommerce Platforms: Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok, other omni-channel retailers
  • Tracking & Analytics: Trackingmore, 17track, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Collaboration & Workflow: Notion, Gorgias/Help Desk


Success Metrics

99.9% shipping data accuracy (tracking sync)
  • Reduce “Where Is My Order?” (WISMO) tickets by 30%
  • Decrease average cost per shipment by 10% through carrier optimization
  • Maintain On-Time Delivery Rate >99%
  • Resolve critical tracking escalations within 24 hours
  • Automate key reports, saving hours of manual work weekly


Cross-Functional Relationships

Primary: Customer Service, Director of Logistics

Secondary: Finance/Accounting, 3PL & Carrier Account Managers

As Needed: Brand/Marketing Teams


Accountability & Rhythm

  • Daily: Audit tracking sync reports, resolve exceptions, monitor delivery dashboards, respond to CS escalations
  • Weekly: Generate and distribute KPI summaries, sync with 3PL partners on data issues
  • Monthly: Conduct deep-dive performance reviews with Head of Operations, analyse carrier performance, refine processes
  • Quarterly: Present logistics strategy insights on cost and service trends
