Job Title: Logistics Site Manager

Location: Riyadh


Role Purpose:

The Logistics Site Manager at Al Bawani oversees all logistics operations at project sites, ensuring efficient delivery and management of materials, equipment, and personnel. This role is critical for optimizing supply chain processes and supporting project timelines.


Job Accountabilities

Implement comprehensive logistics plans for the efficient transport and delivery of materials.

Track logistics performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all logistics operations.

Manage scheduling and routing of vehicles to guarantee timely deliveries.

Work closely with procurement and project teams to align logistics with project schedules.

Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Create and maintain schedules that align with project milestones and deadlines.

Lead the logistics team, providing direction and support to ensure operational effectiveness.

Organize training on logistics processes and safety protocols for team members.

Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback for improvement.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team dynamics.

Prepare regular reports on logistics operations, performance metrics, and challenges.

Ensure all logistics documentation is organized and up to date.

Regularly review logistics processes to ensure compliance with internal policies.

Provide updates to senior management and stakeholders on logistics status.

Analyze logistics operations to identify areas for efficiency gains.

Research and apply industry best practices to enhance logistics management.

Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in logistics.

Encourage Feedback: Solicit input from team members to identify potential



Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in construction or related fields.

Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.

Experience with logistics software and inventory management systems.

Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is preferred.
