Logistics Supervisor

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics for exhibitions, trade shows, and events. This includes planning and supervising the packing, transportation, on-site delivery, setup, and dismantling of exhibition materials such as booths, signage, displays, and AV equipment. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, vendors, freight forwarders, and event organizers to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics for multiple exhibitions, including domestic and international shipping of exhibit materials.
• Supervise loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling and labeling of fragile and custom-built items.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of exhibition stands, materials, and equipment to and from venues.
• Manage inventory and storage of exhibition assets (booths, banners, display units, lighting, etc.).
• Liaise with freight companies, customs brokers, and venue logistics teams for smooth transit and clearance.
• Supervise and support on-site installation and dismantling of booths and displays.
• Prepare logistics schedules, documentation (shipping manifests, customs forms, etc.), and tracking reports.
• Monitor logistics budget, negotiate with suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and event timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, damages, and warehouse stock.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and technicians to meet client requirements and timelines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
