Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations across The Laundry Hub’s warehouse and delivery processes. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, supervise staff, and optimize logistics processes to guarantee high-quality service and timely deliveries to customers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Management:

• Supervise the receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatch of laundry items and finished goods.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.

Logistics & Delivery:

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with drivers, pick-up staff, and delivery personnel to ensure timely service.
• Track vehicles, shipments, and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints in a timely manner.

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and helpers.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps in logistics operations and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to enhance service quality.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and inventory reports.
• Monitor KPIs, including delivery accuracy, timeliness, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and UAE labor laws.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain supervision; experience in laundry or service industry is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics software.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP, or logistics software).
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
