Logistics & Transport Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics and transportation operations.
• Supervise fleet activities, including dispatching, routing, and tracking vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports for vehicle usage, fuel, and maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors, drivers, and internal departments for smooth logistics flow.
• Optimize routes and reduce operational costs while maintaining service levels.
• Manage inventory movement between locations (if applicable).
• Handle transportation-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
• Strong understanding of local and regional transport regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
