6. Daily five BOs meeting

7. First contact resolution (FCR) rate

8. Escalation rate

9. Support ticket closure rate

10. Average time to resolve (ATR)

11. Customer retention rate

Skills & Ability

1. Time to respond to customer inquiries 2. Resolution time for complex issues 3. Number of customer interactions handled 4. Support ticket volume reduction 5. Knowledge base utilization
