Looking for HR Recruiter in Thane, MH

About the company: Rio Moving is a leading US-based logistics company specializing in efficient and reliable moving and transportation services. We offer customized solutions for residential moves & commercial relocations.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage both internal recruitment and onboarding of US crews/movers

Shift timing: 1 PM - 10 PM

Job Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

Internal Recruitment

• Understand and analyze hiring requirements for various roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including: Identifying hiring needs, developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, posting jobs on relevant platforms, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling, and facilitating interviews, negotiating compensation, benefits, and employment terms in line with company policies and managing onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
• Participate in various job fairs if required.
• Conduct background verification checks to ensure candidate authenticity.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of onboarded employees.
• Consistently meet recruitment targets and timelines with a results-driven approach.

US Recruitment (Crews/Movers)

• Identify hiring needs and develop/update job descriptions and specifications.
• Post job openings, source candidates, and schedule video interviews for the internal team.
• Manage the issuance of contracts, collection of bank details, and ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Oversee the onboarding of US crews/movers in alignment with company requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities efficiently.
• Well-versed with MS Office tools
• Proficient in using job portals and other sourcing platforms to attract top talent.
• Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of basic HR functions and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
