The Loyalty Specialist supports the management and operational execution of Snoonu’s Royal Club program. The role focuses on campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and member communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience and effective program delivery.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Support the execution of loyalty campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, re-engagement, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including Coins, Redemption Center, and benefit fulfilment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement campaigns and program enhancements.
• Monitor program KPIs and generate performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Assist in content creation for in-app communications, push notifications, emails, and voucher descriptions.
• Support member research initiatives, including survey setup, call-based interviews, and feedback collection.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, budget usage, and partner contributions.
• Help troubleshoot member and operational issues, escalating complex cases to the Loyalty Program Manager.
• Ensure all loyalty initiatives comply with company policies and standards.
