Job Summary:
Atif Brothers is looking for a results-driven Lubricant Sales Executive to focus on corporate sales of lubricants. This is a field-based role responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding large-scale clients such as businesses, universities, and offices that operate large generators. The ideal candidate will be confident in direct sales, relationship management, and delivering customized lubricant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target corporate clients with large generator usage (e.g., industrial units, educational institutions, commercial offices).
  • Conduct in-person visits to pitch lubricant solutions and close deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the corporate customer base.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely onboarding of new clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand client operations and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

4. Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, deals, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer pipeline, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of field sales experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

  • Lubricative incentive package amastin each liter of lube selling.
  • Motorcycle fuel will be provided against employees own bike for sales visits.
  • Lubricative Salary package will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
