Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and client-focused Luxury Property Specialist to represent the company within Abu Dhabi’s high-end real estate market. This role requires exceptional market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver a premium client experience while handling exclusive and high-value properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in luxury residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct private property tours and provide in-depth insights on premium listings.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market, including pricing trends, new developments, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Prepare tailored property presentations and investment proposals.
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions in accordance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Manage and update exclusive listings across company platforms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the luxury segment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory roles, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of high-end property markets, client expectations, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
