Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and professional Property Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. This role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and building long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and sales presentations
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales transactions in line with company standards
• Maintain an updated database of clients, listings, and market activity
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and campaigns
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client engagements

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local communities, developers, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident client‑facing presence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Real estate certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
