Position Overview

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to build trust with Dutch‑speaking clients and investors. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and support Dutch‑speaking clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales transactions in line with company standards
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, property owners, and developers
• Maintain an updated database of listings, leads, and market activity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings to Dutch‑speaking audiences
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory
• Previous experience in real estate sales in the UAE is preferred
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident client‑facing presence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Real estate certification is an advantage
