Role Description

We are looking for motivated Property Consultants to join Springfield Properties . This role involves advising clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while representing the company with professionalism and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide tailored property recommendations.

• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and community insights.

• Conduct property viewings with clear guidance and professionalism.

• Manage property listings, ensuring accurate details and strong presentation.

• Negotiate deals and support clients through contract preparation.

• Ensure all documentation and processes follow legal and regulatory standards.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, property listing platforms, and MS Office.

• Valid real estate license or certification (if applicable).

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required
