Role Overview

The Luxury Real Estate Agent will focus on representing premium properties and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires a polished professional who understands the expectations of high‑net‑worth clients and can navigate the luxury market with confidence, discretion, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent luxury residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and investors
• Conduct private viewings, property tours, and consultations with a high level of professionalism
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing
• Maintain an in‑depth understanding of luxury communities, off‑plan projects, and developer offerings
• Prepare and present tailored property proposals and investment briefs
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property exposure and brand presence
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury real estate or high‑value sales
• Strong network of clients or the ability to build one quickly
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury property market is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are beneficial
