M&A Lead (Dubai-based)

We are a rapidly expanding global holding company acquiring and scaling B2B software companies worldwide, with a strong focus on the US and Europe. We are looking for an Integration & Implementation Lead as we enter the next chapter in our growth journey.


Summary

As an M&A Deal Lead you will own the full deal lifecycle for multiple acquisitions each year — from sourcing and evaluation through closing and integration — across B2B software companies in niche global markets. You'll meet directly with founders to assess strategic fit, determine valuations, and structure deals. Working closely with our origination, operating, and finance teams, you'll play a key role in expanding our M&A capabilities within your vertical and shaping the future of our portfolio.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with software founders to present our value proposition.
  • Lead multiple acquisition processes each year from LOI to closing, resolving key issues and roadblocks in collaboration with business owners.
  • Analyze financial data, build valuation models, and assess strategic fit.
  • Lead due diligence to identify key risks, opportunities, and value-creation levers.
  • Manage internal resources and external advisors (tech, accounting, legal) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with business brokers, bankers, and other deal sources to drive pipeline.
  • Build and lead an M&A team.


Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading buy-side M&A transactions in the software or technology sector.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership, grow a team, and develop a market presence while also executing deals hands-on.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to quickly evaluate key risks and opportunities.
  • Skilled negotiator with experience structuring and closing transactions directly with founders and executives.
  • High financial literacy with the ability to create valuation models and board-level presentations.
  • Business-level written and spoken fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
