Machine Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a medical device manufacturing company in Karachi, for the position of Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manufacturing machines and ensuring production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines according to production schedule
• Ensure machine efficiency and production quality
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
• Report machine issues to supervisors promptly
• Maintain production records and daily reports
• Support maintenance team in basic troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate industrial machinery
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain production quality
• Willingness to work in shifts and a factory environment
