Machine Shop Repair & Maintainence Incharge

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Shop Maintenance & Repair Supervisor to maintain and repair industrial machines in our workshop. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with different types of machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on press machines, hammer machines, CNC machines, lathe machines, and other workshop equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Inspect machines regularly to avoid breakdowns and downtime.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain proper repair and maintenance records.
• Handle urgent repairs and work under pressure when machines break down.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Candidates without a degree must have at least 10 years of experience in machine repair at a reputable company.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair machine faults efficiently.
• Willingness to work under pressure and during late hours when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety conscious.
