MTO- MMC (Sialkot)

Job Description:

The MTO (MMC) supports raw material planning, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and production material flow within the leather factory. The role ensures timely availability of chemicals, hides/skins, accessories, and packing materials while maintaining optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw hides/skins, chemicals, dyes, finishing materials, and packaging supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual systems and conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Issue materials to production departments (tannery, finishing, cutting) as per approved requisitions.
• Track material consumption rates and report variances or wastage to management.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for chemicals and leather materials to prevent damage or contamination.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock aging analysis, and assist in cost control initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates can apply for trainee level).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
