Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Person

Location: Weatherford, Tx
Job Type: Part Time with Possible Full Time for the right person

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Person to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our facility/properties. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and systems remain in optimal condition by completing both routine maintenance and emergency repairs.- POSSIBILITY OF HOUSING AVAIALABLE. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

• Identify and report the need for major repairs

• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain tools and supplies in a safe and organized manner

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (e.g., power outages, leaks, equipment failures)

• Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture, fixtures, or event materials

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

• Maintain cleanliness in maintenance areas and assist with general upkeep of the facility/property

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role

• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

• Physical stamina and dexterity

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to lift up to [50 lbs] and climb ladders

• Valid driver’s license may be required

Work Environment:

• May involve indoor and outdoor work

• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and tools

• May require occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call hours
