Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Super to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of all facility systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive mechanical knowledge, and a background in industrial maintenance. This role requires proficiency in managing maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, electrical work, and programmable logic controllers (PLC). The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within our manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of all maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical repairs.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades or modifications while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices including electrical experience, mechanical knowledge, HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and the use of ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
