Position: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:

• Client & Team Coordination: Update and share client trackers, recce reports, WCC, and completion images with the internal sales/marketing teams. Share installation and feedback reports.
• Site Management: Collect and share site details, confirm site readiness, and coordinate scaffolding and extra work approvals. Ensure proper communication of client requirements.
• Material & Logistics: Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and production teams for materials delivery, dispatch status, and shortfall records. Manage on-site material purchase approvals.

Strong communication and organizational skills required for effective cross-team coordination.

Interview Details:

• Time: 11 AM – 5 PM
• Location: Unit 1208, Hubtown Solaris, Prof. NS Phadke Marg, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400059 (5 mins walking from Station)
