Maintenance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance for all kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technicians for specialized repairs or replacements.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  • Recommend upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement to avoid operational delays.
  • Analyze recurring equipment issues and implement solutions to prevent future breakdowns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance or facility management.
  • Knowledgeable of kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Familiarity with maintenance software and reporting tools.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with staff and vendors.
