Maintenance Engineer-Fertilizer

1Should have worked in Chemicals / Power/ Fertilizer industry2

Should have strong knowledge in Rotary and static , Rotary equipments maintenance

3Should have experience in rotary maintenance , erection and comminsioning.

4Should possess strong knowledge in troubleshooting turbines , compressors , Turbo generators , Assessories , Start up , Shutdown procedures , Overhauling methods , Rotary equipment inspection methods , alignment techniques , Bearing inspection and rectification methods , Knowledge on Governors , Trip protection of the equipments

5Daily maintenance activity, standardizing the procedures as per international standards for improving equipment availability, diagnose and rectification of equipment. Making plan for PM and shutdown maintenance.

6Setting and achieving overall objective and targets for the department towards:- Maintenance cost saving , Continuous improvement in maintenance methods and procedures, reducing MTTR and improving MTBF using tools like Reliability centered maintenance.

7Conduct the RCA study and give the proper inputs and observation for improvements and rectification.

8Implementing the Routine maintenance , Preventive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

9Adopting the best Engineering practices, systems and procedures in the maintenance and Upkeep of the plant.

10 Reviewing & analyzing the breakdowns for critical equipment’s to investigate the cause & ensure action to overcome repeated failure

11 Effective preventive maintenance, condition based maintenance, predictive maintenance preparation , scheduling and execution

12 Responsible for making a complete maintenance schedule for planned preventive maintenance and the Capital Overhaul of the Units.

13Value analysis for maintenance cost . Should have experience in Budget preparation for maintenance. Optimising the maintenance cost by adopting good work practices

14Should possess knowledge in SAP

15Should have the capability to review the spares requirement for effective maintenance. Recommending spares & consumables based on requirements & stock basis

16Preparation of Scope Of Work (SOW) and Standard Maintenance Procedure (SMP) as per OEM recommendations

17Preparation of Annual maintenance plans, QA & QC requirements, procedures and checklists required for execution

18Managing and execution of CAPEX jobs , Repair & Refurbishment activities

19Preparation of isometric drawings as per as built condition. Reviewing and approval of engineering drawings.

20Coordinating with technical and planning departments for effective plant operation and maintenance21Conducting troubleshooting and diagnose different breakdowns and advising for corrective actions as a member in RCA team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
