Maintenance Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

He is responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment and machinery in PMS, Piston foundry & forge plant and pin plant.
He is responsible for tooling management. He is responsible for providing company level data. He is responsible for identification and implementation of continual improvement projects.
He is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality systems in his area. He is responsible for providing quality related training to maintenance and tool store personnel.
He is responsible for finalizing technical specs for machining & foundry equipment's
The effectiveness of the training is evaluated. He is an key member in new projects and new equipment installation.
He ensures good housekeeping and good working environment.
He is authorized to initiate and implement corrective and preventive action arising out of product , process or quality system non- conformities.
He is a member of APQP Team

Total Experience: 20 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Electrical or Mechanical)
