Maintenance Manager

Essentials:  At least 3-5 years’ experience in the UAE  Prior experience as maintenance manager, repair manager or in a related role (MEP)  Must have strong personality and can handle staff coordination  Experience in dealing budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work.  Understanding of legal safety regulations within the industry.  Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own.  Liaising with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, etc.  Ability to lead all maintenance team and repaired-related activities in the company.  Ability to increase the income of the company and meet the target  Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting. Nationality: Any Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible. Passport should be valid for more than 6 months. Driving License: preferred driving license Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai.
