Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities across Alamar’s KSA operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution.
• Supervise and manage maintenance teams, including supervisors and technicians, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely execution of routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts planning, inventory, and cost controls.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement annual maintenance plans in coordination with relevant supervisors.
• Approve and oversee the calibration of store equipment (e.g., ovens, makelines, HVAC, signage, etc.).
• Manage vendor relationships and communications to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
• Lead emergency response and corrective action initiatives.
• Initiate and coordinate maintenance projects to enhance cost efficiency, operational performance, and in-store experience.
• Ensure all documentation, compliance records, and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
• Oversee asset management and ensure proper documentation of all equipment.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering or any relevant engineering education

Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, including at least 3 years within the QSR industry

Functional Knowledge:

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Availability to respond to maintenance emergencies and incidents outside of regular business hours.
