Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

As an Aviation Maintenance Manager for the AW139/H145 platforms you will oversee and manage aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with OEM, regulatory (FAA, EASA, etc.), TAMMS-A, and company standards. Supervise section managers and team leads, ensuring proper training and certification of maintenance personnel, and maintain airworthiness of aircraft through inspections, repairs, and modifications. Coordinate with Production Control for scheduling, workforce planning, and aircraft status updates, ensuring personnel have necessary tools, equipment, and a safe work environment while supporting program and operations management as needed.

Requirements
  • Extensive rotary wing experience on the AW139 and or H145
  • Minimum 15 years of aviation maintenance experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of FAA, EASA, and/or equivalent Army aviation maintenance practices, including:
  • The Army Maintenance Management System for Aviation (TAMMS-A)
  • Aeronautical Equipment Maintenance Management Procedures
  • ATP Aviation Maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Production and Quality Control preferred
  • Good knowledge of Aviation Logistics and Asset Management preferred
